  • This was our entry into property development that was less capital intensive. By retaining and renovating the front, funding was only required for the construction of a back unit.

  • The strategy allowed us the following options. 1) Sell a unit to create a debt free asset. 2) Sell both and reinvest into next development.

  • In this example, we built with a volume builder. By employing a risk mitigant process, we were more confident in build quality. We also identified being overcharged $25k in site cost.
